  • Polenta: Romanian national brand



    On the evening ofApril 5, 2012, in the Court of Romanian Peasant Museum, the story of polenta was reminded to the 400 guests who have tasted it and who have relaxed in a typical Romanian atmosphere. Together with National Geographic and Napolact, we joined the initiative to discover this cuisine as a national brand.The event was accompanied by the folk music band from Marsa, who brought good music and joy.   • Pasca with cheese and raisins



    Boromir greets their customers with a brand new product: 

    „Pasca with cheese and raisins”

    The harmony of ingredients, the content rich in cheese and raisins, the shape and the appetizing scent make the Pasca with cheese and raisins one of the most pleasant culinary traditions. Pasca with cheese and raisins presents itself elegantly, respecting the round shape of the traditional product and following the style of its line, wrapped in a red gift box. Pasca with cheese and raisins completes our collection of festive gift-type Cozonac such as our lines of Boromir Classic (with chocolate, nut cream, nuts and cocoa or respectively nuts and raisins fillings), Cozonac from Home (with nuts, raisins and chunks of oranges), Prestige (with nut, cherry and chocolate fillings) and Pasca Borormir already present on shelves (with rum chocolate, tiramisu and lemon fillings).

    The Cozonac and Pasca from Boromir are made with modern equipment and methods while keeping the traditional character and taste, each bringing the spirit and joy of the holidays.

  • Homemade Cozonac



     

    Starting with 20th November, Traditional Brand Boromir Cozonac’s (Homemade Cozonac) can be found in shelves, in 1kg boxes and can be bought in hypermarket and supermarket networks all over the country aswell as in traditional trade shops.
    Cozonac’s mean holidays. The Traditional Brand from Boromir is here to help people send happy thoughts even through the Cozonac they give to their loved ones: by writing your good wishes directly on the gift like box.
    Along the Traditional Brand, The Boromir Clasic comes out with a new special wrapping for the holidays. The cardboard gift like box is purple and easy to find on shelves. Boromir Clasic is a brand based on folk recipes and contains four sortiments: Cozonac with Chocolate, with Nut Cream, with Nuts and Cocoa, respectively with Nuts and Raisins.
    Boromir Cozonac’s are made with modern methods and equipment yet they maintain the traditional character of the process so that each Cozonac can bring the joy and spirit of Christmas. Their savor and aroma come from both the quality of the ingredients and the time dedicated to preparation.


     

  • Alimentaria 2012



    Between  26 .03-29.03.2012, Boromir Company is attending at the International  Exhibition ,,ALIMENTARIA 2012”-Barcelona.  ,,Alimentaria”  is one of the most important food and drinks trade shows in the world, which gathers over  4.000 companies, out of which one third are international.

    Boromir Company can be visited in  the 2ndPavilion of Romania, exhibition stand F30.

  • Boromir Clasic Cozonac



    Besides the Traditional line, Boromir Clasic line comes with a  new special package for the holidays. The package made aut of a gift type- carton box is purple and will be easily found and recognised on the shelve. The Boromir Clasic line is a line based on traditional recipes and contains four assortisments: Cozonac with chocolate, walnut cream, nut and cocoa and respectively nut and raisins.

    The Boromir Cozonacs are made with modern equipment and methods while keeping the traditional character and taste, each bringing the spirit and joy of the holidays. Their taste and flavor are given both by the quality of ingredients as well as the time dedicated to preparation.
