Vanilla cream - cremsnit



Ingredients: sugar 500g, milk 1,25 l, egg yolk 250g, egg white 250g, amidon 100g, butter 100g, vanilla 20g, lemon rasping 20g

Preparation:

Mix the milk with the sugar, the egg and the amidon in a pan that does not stick (Teflon) and let it  boil for approximately 15 minutes, time in which it is constantly stirred. After it is boiled, then add  butter, the vanilla and the lemon rasping  and continue to mix everything until homogenization.

Place the dough into an oven with a corresponding height of 4-5 cm. Place then the hot filling in between layers. Cut the Cremsnit cookie after 10-12h.
