Ingredients for 5-6 portions

  • 1 pack of Boromir cremeschnitte layers
  • 500g sugar
  • 1l milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g corn starch
  • 50g butter
  • 20g vanilla sugar
  • lemon rasping from a lemon

Step 1

Mix the milk with the sugar, the egg and the amidon in a pan that does not stick (Teflon) and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes, time in which it is constantly stirred.

Step 2

After it is boiled, then add butter, the vanilla and the lemon rasping and continue to mix everything until homogenization.

Step 3

Place the dough into a tray with a height of 4-5 cm. Place the hot filling between the layers.

Do not forget to keep the Cremeschnitte in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours before dividing it.
