Pancakes

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 130 grams all purpose Boromir flour for special products
  • 1/2 teaspoons
  • a pinch of salt
  • 28 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 28 g of unsalted butter
  • 7-8 nut kernels
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Step 1

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, salt and sugar.

Step 2

Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool. In another bowl beat the egg, add the milk, the butter melted and mix it together.

Step 3

Add the mix of egg, milk and melted butter to the dried ingredients bowl and mix until the contents are homogenized.

Step 4

Heat a frying pan and grease it with a little melted butter or oil. Get half of a scoop from the composition and pour it on the center of the pan. When the bottoms of the pancakes are brown and bubbles start to appear on the top surface of the pancakes, turn over. Repeat this process until the composition is complete.

Step 5

Put on a plate one above another the pancakes and add honey, walnut kernels and banana pieces.

A little tip: The pancakes are even tastier if you add over some sweet cream.
